Once here you will?

  • You will work on our strategic initiatives to automate our services, introduce Artificial Intelligence, digitalize our processes 
  • You will work directly with the Head of Customer Service and C-level
  • You will be the first point of contact for our customers via phone, chat or email 
  • You will collect customer feedback and redirect it internally in order to improve our user-facing processes 
  • You will be friendly and competent to make sure our customers are satisfied

What you'll bring along?

  • You are friendly, communicative and love client contact
  • You possess strong analytic and quantitative skills 
  • You are fluent in English and in an additional language  
  • At best, you have already worked in the financial services industry (FinTech, banking)
  • You are self-confident, emphatic and creative
